A message from the CEO.....

My name is Rachel Arellano and I am the CEO of  YQUE, and what a nonprofit business dedicated to bringing communities together through compassion, support, and opportunity in life.

As a college graduate, I have always believed that education, leadership, and services can make a lasting difference. For many years, I dreamed of creating an organization that would unite people from all walks of life and provide resources that help individuals and families thrive.

That dream became YQUE and what industries Our mission is to strengthen communities by connecting people, encouraging collaboration, and creating programs for housing that inspire hope, growth, and positive change. We believe that when communities work together, everyone has a greater opportunity to succeed.

As CEO, I am committed to leading with integrity, compassion, and a vision of building stronger, more connected communities. I am honored to serve others and look forward to expanding all through Northern California YQUE and what impact for generations to come.

A Message From An Alumni Peer Mentor & Advocate

I know what it feels like to face challenges and wonder where your next step is going to come from. Sometimes, what a person needs most is not judgment, but someone willing to listen, understand, and walk alongside them. As an alumni peer mentor and advocate for Yque and what industries, i have seen how having support, resources, encouragement, and someone who believes in you can make a difference. I am proud to stand with Yque and what industries because i believe that your current circumstances do not have to define your future. sometimes rebuilding starts with one conversation, one connection, one resource, or one person saying, "I believe you can do this."

You are not alone. Your story is not over. There is always a next step.
